A few words about the company
Our company has been operating as a family business since 1993, producing various types of scales. The founder is Bernard Czekała, who worked for many years as a constructor of scales. The beginnings of our activity are connected with the production of agricultural scales, which were used for dosing feed to mixers.
In 1998 we managed to obtain the Patent Certificate, which now protects the unique construction of our mixer scale. However, from the very beginning we have made every effort to introduce numerous improvements and innovative solutions to our products. That is why today our offer includes not only commercial and agricultural equipment, but also electronic scales. We try to respond to the customer’s needs, which is why you will find vehicle scales in our offer.
A little more about the company
Since 2007 we have expanded our offer with professional CNC machining of metals and plastics. After some time we increased the technological capabilities of our facilities, which allowed us to introduce CNC machining services on 5-axis machines. We also provide machining services by turning on CNC lathes and universal lathes. We have CAD/CAM software to create constructional and technological documentation – we work in systems such as: DELCAM, CREO 2.0 (Pro/ENGINEER), ZW3D. With the help of this software we make 3D construction of elements for milling or turning and we create machining programs for these elements for milling machines or CNC lathes.
Recently, our company has also developed in the design of high capacity feed mixing plants. Mixing plants are fully automated and have a capacity of up to 25 tonnes/hour. We have managed to implement many projects, which you can see in our gallery in the “Projects” tab.
